Day 4 — Countdown to Launch
The new phone lines are ready for the launch of Let'sTalk, the new Maritime talk show on Sunday.
A sophisticated telephone system has been installed in the temporary Pugwash studio to handle calls across North America while allowing the nine Maritime stations to maintain direct contact. The key producers in Moncton and Pugwash will have direct access to the interlinking broadcast system, allowing a faster feed to the eight FM stations scattered across the three provinces
While the host and guests are connected to a private hotline, callers to the program will have five lines open for questions and opinions.
The caller line is 1-833-324-8441 which automatically rolls over the other waiting lines. For easier memory and to indicate the Christian perspective of the program that number is also shown as 1-833-FAITH-4-1.
So, Let’sTalk seems set to go Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock.
The syndicated network includes: Nova Scotia - Amherst 91.1 FM, Annapolis Valley 83.3 FM, and Halifax 93.9 FM
