Health Authority Readies to Resume Services

The Nova Scotia Health Authority says it is working on a plan to reopen a number of services and patient procedures that were halted due to the province’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Services such as outpatient clinics, diagnostic imaging, lab services, and day surgery were set aside to allow space and personnel to handle the COVID-19 crisis.

Unfortunately, the NSHA release gives no indication of when. However, officials will hold a press conference at 1:00 o’clock to discuss details. The event will be broadcast live on Six Rivers Radio. Click HERE to listen.
