Rene George got things started for the homeside just a minute into the game, but the powerful Hawks responded and took a 4-2 lead in the first intermission and never looked back. The Hawks are 13 and 0 for the season, while the Miners dropped back to third place with a 3 and 7 record. Rene George continues to shine in the scoring department netting two goals and adding a pair of assists on the night. He's third in the scoring race with 13 goals and 8 helpers in only eight games compared to the two players ahead of hime who have played a dozen. Add your comments below.
