Oxford Mayor, Trish Stewart says, “Everything is going just as planned.” Stewart says, “We are currently working on finding our next family and that’s going quite well right now.” The town provides land and services to the new homes. Potential owners must invest sweat equity in the project and then make mortgage payments based on their income. Ten families will eventually live on land located on or near Little River Road. A new street will have to be constructed to complete the ten home project.
