Staff Reporter / Friday, March 27, 2020 / Categories: News Thieves Break Into Rural Mail Boxes Thieves are targeting rural community mail boxes across Cumberland County. Three incidents have been reported to the RCMP, in Athol, Rodney, and Tidnish Bridge. In all three cases, the mail box was pried open and the contents of the box removed. Cumberland District RCMP suggest residents check their mail more frequently. People are also encouraged to report suspicious activity to their local RCMP detachment.
