Toonie Draw Adds Two Bonus Prizes

The Pugwash Fire Department (PFD) tossed in a little bonus with tonight’s Toonie Draw. They added two extra draws of one hundred dollars each.

The weekly 5o/50 prize went to Clarence White who hold #55, tonight’s lucky number. Clarence takes home $344.

The extra draw winners include Terri Casey with #297 and the holder of #1. Each will receive $100.

With the number of people who prepay their weekly Toonies, next weeks prize starts at $196 and grows from there with each Toonie entered during the week. The jackpot in the community fundraiser now averages over $300 per week.

The PFD has awarded over thirteen thousand dollars in winnings since the Toonie Draw began and the weekly prize has increased in recent weeks.
