Village Annual Meeting Tonight in Pugwash

The Pugwash Village Commission will host its Annual Meeting this evening at seven o’clock in the Village Hall.

The annual meeting is different from the regular monthly sessions where the commission conducts the business of the community. The annual meeting is a gathering of the many organizations in the village to share what has transpired in the past year, with a hint of what lies ahead.

Meanwhile, there is an open seat on the commission following the retirement of Dave Farley. An election was scheduled for June 2nd, but that has been re-scheduled because nobody stepped forward for the position.
