Staff Reporter / Wednesday, February 27, 2019 / Categories: News Woman Seriously Hurt in Wentworth Crash RCMP closed Highway 4 in Wentworth, this morning, following a serious car/truck collision. Police believe a woman driving north in an SUV crossed the centreline and collided with a tractor trailer near the Wentworth Learning Centre. The 69 year-old woman from Cumberland County was airlifted to Halifax with life-threatening injuries. She was the sole occupant of the car. The truck driver was not hurt. Highway 4 was closed from the time of the collision while an RCMP Collision Analyst examines the scene for evidence.
